Please Help Luisa Fight for Her Life

On September 4, 2026, Luisa, a single mother of three, suddenly lost the ability to walk and was rushed to the hospital. What we thought might be a sudden medical emergency quickly became a fight for her life.

At the emergency room, we learned that she had a severe bacterial infection in her leg causing her her kidneys to fail. Her heart and lungs were also becoming weaker by the moment.

On September 5, Luisa underwent emergency surgery to remove the infected tissue and control the infection. Because her kidneys have failed, she is currently in the ICU receiving CRRT (continuous renal replacement therapy) to help remove toxins from her blood and support her body while she fights the infection.

But her battle is not over. Once she is stable enough, Luisa will also need surgery for an aortic aneurysm. For now, she remains in the ICU under close medical care, fighting day by day.

The medical expenses have already reached approximately ₱1.8 million, and the costs continue to increase with every day of ICU care, dialysis, medications, procedures, and other treatments she needs.
